How do I get in touch about wholesale?

RETURN POLICY

Feel confident about your purchase from Boreal Soap and Candle Company. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, return the goods within 30 days. (See below for further details).

SHIPPING OPTIONS

A

We offer free standard shipping on retail orders over $100.00 (before tax) within Canada.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada through Canada Post (Expedited Parcel Service). Shipping times are estimated from the date that the order leaves our warehouse.

Orders are considered delivered when the shipping carrier provides confirmation that the package was successfully delivered to the address provided in the order. If Canada Post is unable to deliver the package after failed delivery attempts, the customer bears the cost of reshipping. Boreal Soap and Candle Company Inc. is not responsible for failure to deliver orders due to improperly submitted, inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses.

International customers are responsible for all import duties levied by the customs agencies of their countries. Orders may be held at the border, which can increase estimated delivery times.

LEAD TIME, OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Large orders are prepared once the order has been placed, Large or Custom runs of soap may require a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks to produce. Your order is handmade for you.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Please ensure that your order and shipping address is accurate and has been properly entered.

Once your order has been processed, we are not able to change or cancel the order. If you have any questions after checkout, we’re happy to answer them. Call us at 1 780 914 1835 or email us at service@borealsoap.com 

Boreal Soap does not currently accept back orders.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm that your shipment is en route. This will include a tracking number that will help you to track your shipment.

Boreal Soap and Candle Company Inc. reserves the right to inspect all returns before issuing a credit. Online purchases are not subject to exchange. Boreal Soap and Candle Company Inc. will not refund original shipping and handling fees on returns except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect. If your order arrives damaged in transit or if you are missing an item that is listed on your invoice, please contact us at 1-780-914-1835. We’ll happily provide a refund or arrange to ship you the missing item.
